1. Acceptance
By downloading or using Birthpin, you agree to these terms and to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), which governs the App.
2. The App
Birthpin is provided free of charge, "as is", without warranties of any kind. Reminders depend on your calendar data and on iOS, which controls when Live Activities and notifications appear and disappear. We cannot guarantee that every birthday will be shown.
3. Your data
Birthpin works entirely on your iPhone. See the Privacy Policy.
4. Third-party apps
Calls and messages are made through Apple's apps or WhatsApp, under their own terms.
5. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any missed reminder or for any indirect damages arising from use of the App.
